1) Pick your puppy and plan length
Choose your puppy and select a 4, 6, or 8-week payment plan. No puppies leave until the balance is fully paid.

2) Reserve with a small deposit
Pay a 25% non-refundable reservation deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit can be transferred one time to another available puppy within 12 months.

3) Sign the purchase agreement
We send a short agreement that includes our health guarantee, your payment plan, and pickup or delivery options. Sign digitally in minutes.

4) Choose your payment cadence
Pay weekly or every two weeks. We will provide a schedule with exact due dates and your remaining balance after each payment.

5) Set up easy payments
Use card or bank transfer and enable auto-pay so you never miss a due date. Receipts are emailed instantly after each payment.

6) Example of how it works
If your puppy is $1,500, the deposit is $375. The remaining $1,125 can be split into five bi-weekly payments of $225 each.

7) Updates while you pay
We send photo and health updates as your puppy grows. Vet records and microchip details are prepared before pickup.

8) Final payment and pickup
Once the balance is paid, we schedule pickup or delivery within 7 days. Bring a valid ID so we can match the agreement to you.

9) Missed payment grace
There is a 3-day grace period on due dates. If two consecutive payments are missed, the reservation may be cancelled and the puppy relisted.

10) Cancellations and refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once. Any installment refunds (if approved) are issued within 7 business days by the original payment method.

11) What to bring on pickup day
Bring your ID, a secure crate, and proof of final payment. We will review feeding routines, vaccination dates, and after-care.
